- The unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
Can I buy additional credits when I've reached my monthly limit?
Yes, you can. You can anytime buy extra credits via your personal dashboard.Here is how you can do it in 3 steps:Settings -> Subscription -> Get credits buttonIn case you do not have a subscription yet - it is not possible to buy credits.
Can I cancel my subscription or switch it from monthly to yearly?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your personal dashboard.Please note, to avoid being charged for the next month, make sure to cancel before your renewal date. If not canceled in time, your subscription will automatically renew for one more month at the standard monthly rate.Currently, we only offer monthly payment plan.
