Terms of Service

Welcome to Neolemon (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Service”). By accessing or using neolemon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

Users are responsible for all content, including any images, and prompts, that they input or generate when using the service.

a. Permitted Use

The Service is designed to help users create images for storytelling and creative purposes.

b. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate or attempt to generate:

• Adult or NSFW content
• Photorealistic images
• Provocative or suggestive poses
• Harmful, hateful, violent, or defamatory content
• Characters in underwear, lingerie, or revealing clothing
• Any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Political symbols, political leaders, or politically themed characters

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account termination without refund.

c. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions above, you may not:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute misleading, malicious, or harmful material
• Use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools to access or interact with the Service
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass system limitations, access controls, or security measures
• Represent AI-generated outputs as entirely human-made where it would mislead others
• Use the Service for political campaigning, propaganda, or disinformation

Violation of these restrictions may result in removal of content, suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.

d. Content Moderation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, screen, edit, or delete any user content at any time and for any reason, including where the Company determines, whether through automated detection systems or other means, that such content violates these Terms. This right applies regardless of whether the user is a free or paid subscriber.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow others to access the platform through your login. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

a. Credit System

Image generation requires credits. Each generation attempt deducts a set number of credits, regardless of the output's quality or whether it is ultimately used.

b. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions (e.g., the Creator Plan) include a fixed number of credits per month.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

c. Credit Packs

Additional credit packs may be purchased separately. These are non-refundable.

Extra credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non refundable once the Service has started and credits have been made available to the user. Credit packs and any used or unused credits are non refundable.

Refunds for subscription fees may be issued in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors.

If a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the subscription charge and no credits have been used, we may review the request as a goodwill gesture. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be reviewed or approved.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the Service begins immediately upon payment and that you waive your right of withdrawal once credits are made available.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or our content policy
• You misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or defamatory behavior toward our team

Termination may include loss of access to all generated content, unused credits, and subscription time. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Images generated using the Neolemon platform are created at the user's request. You are granted a non exclusive license to use images generated on the platform for commercial purposes, provided they were created during an active paid subscription. Images generated outside of an active subscription may not be used commercially.

Commercial use includes use in books, marketing materials, and other creative projects, provided that:

• You comply with our content policies and these Terms
• You do not use outputs in illegal, defamatory, or exploitative contexts
• You do not mislead others about the origin of AI generated images

Mass redistribution of outputs as standalone assets (for example, uploading large collections to stock libraries) is not permitted without prior written consent.

All rights to the underlying software, models, data, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Neolemon. You may not reverse engineer, sublicense, or resell the Service or its technologies.

The Company's name, Neolemon, its logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand identifiers of the Company. The Service, including its look and feel and all proprietary content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, flawless performance, or that the Service will meet every user's expectations. Features, outputs, and availability may change over time, and downtime or imperfections may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Temporary unavailability or outages
• Inaccurate or unexpected AI-generated outputs
• Technical limitations, bugs, or system errors
• Loss of time, creative work, revenue, or other indirect impacts

You agree that Neolemon is not responsible for your reliance on the outputs.

9. Beta Features

From time to time, Neolemon may provide access to beta, experimental, or pre-release features. These features are provided solely for evaluation and testing purposes, may be incomplete or unstable, and may be changed or discontinued without notice. Beta Features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Use of Beta Features is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service, you agree to the processing of your data as per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
